“The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...

“After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! There was even a lovely thoughtful welcome pack. Would highly recommend and the area is stunning too”

“Our entire stay was fantastic, the home owner Suze was amazing in helping with our arrangements for our small wedding - private chef Adrian was superb, housekeepers were amazing at helping us understand how the house worked and also took in our shopping! We even managed a couple of dips in the very fresh sea to start the day! A magical break enjoyed by all.. We have recommended to several friends and family and will hopefully stay again soon. ”

“We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

“This is a lovely house in a great location with wonderful views over the cliffs and the sea. Quiet hamlet but good places nearby for shopping, lunches out, alternative bays for swimming. “Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We have thoroughly enjoyed our pre Christmas break at Nancecliff and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for us in terms of wanting to walk and not use the car. The parking was a bonus and made it easy for unloading and loading the car. The place was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived with plenty of facilities, towels, etc to use.
