“Stayed 3 nights as we were visiting the Rock n Roll and Football hall of fame. Communication was great, as were directions for parking garage and check in. Place wasn’t cleaned well by the cleaning service and we had to wash and fold the dirty towels that were left. We also had to sweep the place. After that things were okay. “You need to elaborate on the length and time it takes to get from parking lot to room in the description so visitors are prepared to bring luggage through the mall. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. We were staying here for heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the special event parking prices and availability of spots was not convenient for our long term stay”
