“The place is as described. Large and spacious, has some views too although blocked partially by other houses at the front it still has a nice view. We saw lots of kangaroos around here. No wi-fi so kids were a little dissapointed here. There was some leaking or other issue where we wanted to eat outside at verandah, the table was flooded on both days and the other seating was a little low. Please check what is going on there as we didnt know there was water there (hard to make out on that table)...

“Perfect for us - 8 women friends & 2 small dogs. The house is spacious, generously equipped with everything you could need & spotlessly clean. Wonderful view, big fenced backyard. Fully equipped kitchen, cookware & appliances and a great barbecue on the back deck. Couldn’t be better!!”

“We had a wonderful and relaxed time at Sarah's barn. A lovely breakfast with eggs and honey from the property and delicious home made jam, while we soaked in the garden and our dog sunbaked. She was very helpful in terms of telling us about local activities, we went on some great local walks and ate some delicious cake! (Ask Sarah about cake Friday). We needed a quiet break away from Melbourne and this was beautiful and perfect. ”

“It’s a beautiful house and great location the one downside is almost no hot water , one person can have a quick shower after which the rest will have to take a cold shower ”
