Neighborhood is lovely, picturesque and walkable. Enjoyed the fire-pit as well, but there was glare from tall fluorescent street lamps out back that borders Broad Street. Very quiet comfortable stay. “This is such a cosy house! I adore the floor plan, the huge backyard, the front porch! I personally love hearing the far away trains passing by, definitely not an obnoxious sound just peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! We were able to bake my 4 year olds cake and celebrate his birthday! It's right between richmond and Fort Lee/Fort Gregg-Adams so its a very minimal commute whicever direction. We qould definitely stay here again!”

“Great location in a peaceful, safe neighborhood! Fantastic communication ”

“The property was as described. Designated parking behind the house. The wooden gate into the backyard entry is a little heavy. The weather was nice, so the kids and I took a walk. Very short walk to Cary Street where there are lots of shops. About 2 blocks from a police station, so we felt very safe. Host was very easy to communicate with. The HVAC was broken, but we were told ahead of time and the rate adjusted. The weather was actually perfect so we didnt need heat or a/c during our stay....

“Our family of 6 stayed one night in this lovely home. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Check-in and check-out was seemless. Beds are comfy, linens are soft. We cooked breakfast and had all cookware and utensils that we needed. needed.”

“We came to watch our daughter run the Richmond Marathon. The location of this property was perfect as we were able to walk to the marathon route. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for seven of us to stay. Having laundry on site amd two full baths was so helpful. Communication with the host was prompt and seemless. Would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed. ”

“My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of...

“Beautiful, newly renovated studio apartment very close to everything and with restaurants, bakeries and pubs few steps away. The owner was very responsive and courteous. I loved my stay and will certainly return. I highly recommend this place!”

“The property was as listed, however the key wasn't in the lockbox when we arrived and it took several calls from myself and VRBO customer service to reach the host to inform them of this. We waited an hour for someone to arrive with a key. Parking isnt convenient unless you pay the $15 daily for the lot across the street from the building. The unit was fine, but the bathroom wasn't at the level of cleanliness that I was expecting. There was dust along the floor boards, hair on the tub and sink...

"Al llegar al hotel cancele mi reservación y me gui a otro hotel porque este hotel era tan malo que no contaba con elevador y me habían dado un cuarto en el segundo piso y me costaba mucho subir el equipaje , pedi que me reembolsaran el dinero y me fui a otro hotel ."
