"When I arrived I said that I don’t want housekeeping service and every day at 9 a housekeeping was knocking at my door, waking me up with the noise. The key every time I was opening the door I had to go down twice because they never worked."

"We stayed at Mark and Nancy's cottage on our way to and from visiting family. On our way home we arrived the day after a huge snow storm. Mark shoveled a foot and half of snow for us to have a spot to park and to have a clear path to the cottage. That is going above and beyond! Great hosts!"
