Nuestra casa es la única situada en una playa pública de la ciudad, donde puedes salir por la puerta y estar justo en la playa. Se encuentra en el sendero para bicicletas y está a dos cuadras del faro de Dunkerque, así como del parque Point Gratiot. Hay vistas al lago desde la sala de estar, la cocina, el porche y el dormitorio principal en la 2ª planta. Hay un dormitorio terminado en la parte trasera del garaje que tiene que caminar por el garaje para llegar a él, que tiene 2 camas completas y su propia unidad de aire acondicionado. Hay aire acondicionado en la sala de estar, así como en las dos habitaciones de arriba. ¡Salga de la casa y camine hacia Cedar Beach!

Hay un área privada al aire libre cerrada en la parte posterior de la casa que tiene un área cubierta con muebles de exterior para que pueda usar y disfrutar. Hay un montón de estacionamiento en la playa con un garaje para dos autos que el arrendatario puede usar. Hay una parrilla de barbacoa de propano ubicada en el patio trasero para su uso. Hay un bonito jardín de plantas perennes para que disfrutes en el patio trasero también. La casa es una agradable mezcla de cabaña y casa de playa.

Hay dos kayaks y dos bicicletas para adultos disponibles para su uso.

Perfect Place on the Beach!
This place was amazing. Gorgeous view of Lake Erie. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Beautiful restored house. Host went over and above when I left my iPad. She messaged me within an hour after checkout that she would mail it to me at no charge. Super great place to stay!

Lovely Lake Erie Stay
This was our second year staying at this property and it was again a lovely stay. The house is nice and private, set back from the road. Super easy and convenient access to the beach. If you want a few more waves it’s a quick walk to another beach area close by. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy and Kathleen responded to any questions we had quickly. We hope to stay again next year!

Close to the beach!
My five sisters and our mom stayed here and we had a great time. The beach was close to the house and a park within walking distance. It had plenty of things to do at the house the well stocked with beach chairs and things for kids. Nice island with seating and a nice dining table as well. We go on a girls trip each year and stay some place new but we would definitely go back here.

This home is absolutely the best place to stay. From the fully stocked kitchen, every appliance imaginable to a room stocked with toys and games. This is the place to be. Walk right out onto Cedar beach. Great neighborhood and the house is,absolutely spotless!

Cozy Christmas on Lake Erie
So warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. A cute mantel decorated for the holidays in the living area. Soft blankets and towels, comfortable mattresses and just like home all around. Very clean, updated and new feeling. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Labor Day Getaway
My sister and I, with our kids and our mom visit the Dunkirk area every Labor Day. This was our first time staying at this property and it will not be our last! It was perfection. From the spectacular view, to the well maintained property, to the park within walking distance everything was perfection. Our hosts had everything we could possibly need and were excellent with communication. Thank you for an amazing stay! We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful cottage! Fantastic location on Lake Erie!
My best friend and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cottage. It was extremely clean, cozy and was exactly what we wanted. The home was stocked with all the essentials you might need. We loved sitting by the gas fireplace with a glass of wine and caught up. Would highly recommend!!

Sissies weekend
I spent the weekend with 5 of my sisters in law at this fabulous property. Our host Kathy was incredibly thoughtful! Not only did she provide us with all of the essentials, but there were many extras and little touches. She even has helpful hints everywhere to take any frustration out of your time there! The house is beautiful, and there was ample room for the six of us. There are more sleeping spaces than we could possibly use, even if all of the siblings came along. The property is right on the beach which made for beautiful views and easy access. Plus there is a beautiful grassy courtyard with a shaded relaxation area that just beckons you to take a nap. Truly this property and it's host are one of a kind. We will definitely be back!

A reunion 23 years in the making, we rented this charming house for a girls weekend! It was located in the perfect spot in Dunkirk, near the beach, boardwalk, wineries, and college. It was well decorated with my extras. Kitchen was well stocked, sunroom overlooking Lake Erie, tons of games, plenty if beds, and a cute backyard patio. We loved it so much, we booked it again for next year!
