We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is so cute and every detail is great. The style of the interior is so charming and the setting is beautiful. I especially loved the sounds of the creek nearby. We found it to be a great rental with our toddler as well.

Incredible property tucked up and away but close enough to enjoy everything nearby. Nice and quiet with great neighbors. Great communication and wonderfully remodeled property. The care and love put into the property really shows. We enjoyed a great long weekend in the area.

This may have been one of my favorite VRBO rentals! The area was beautiful and very relaxing. The cabin was spotless, well decorated, and cozy. We loved the side game room! It was a fun little “extra”. Thank you so much for having us, Diane and family. 10/10

Adorable place in peaceful location

We really enjoyed this cute and vintage feel cabin. The bed was comfortable and the location provided the right amount of solitude while still being not far from town. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Cute and comfortable in a very quiet area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is well appointed and very comfortable. Very convenient to I-70 but in a very quiet area up the mountain. Thanks for a great visit.

The Chickadee is BEAUTIFUL

My friends and I stayed at the Chickadee for a little holiday get away to enjoy Colorado and ski. We loved the Chickadee. It is such a cute home and met all of our needs. The surrounding area is so beautiful. We could see the stars at night. We really enjoyed the outdoor hang out area and the decor. Everything was clean, up to date, and just wonderful accommodations. The host was very helpful and kind and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Weekend trip to hit the slopes

Chickadee is the cutest, coziest rental I have ever had. We had significant snowfall and weren't able to use the porch but it looks comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out our gear and every detail was taken care of for us. It is a 2.5 mile drive up the canyon from I-70 and we enjoyed all the nature and quiet. I hope to be back in the summer!

Great little cottage!

Loved this place! The location was quiet and secluded but still within 15 of two little cute downtowns. Everything was clean and they had all the amenities we were looking for - a grill, kitchen stuff, a fire pit, etc. we were able to pick up local bison and cook there which was nice! We did have a little utility issue but the manager rushed over right away and addressed it. Overall, perfect stay and we would def come back!

Perfect Cabin !

This property is so cute and comfortable! My friend and I spent three nights in this little gem. It seems to be in the middle of nowhere, which we loved, however it was the perfect location to easily get to all the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed Idaho Springs (very close by) and the coffee shop at the bottom of the hill near house. We attended a concert at Red Rocks!St Mary’s Glacier, Big Blue Sky, and boulder! Great place to relax after a long day! Love outdoor spaces!!Be sure to check out mountain stream across the street’
