I like it was at a quiet and private setting. It was clean, although we found a life bug (German cockroach), we have a picture and a video.The recycling container wasn’t emptied. The shower door wasn’t working properly (it was off its rail)and didn’t close all the way, splashing water on the side of the vanity, I had to dry it since the floor got too wet and slippery. My husband is a contractor and fixed the door. The body wash gel pump didn’t work.On Saturday, morning we got locked out of apartment, the security code didn’t work. We called customer service and were told someone/technician was coming to fix it and they would let us know when fixed, we never received call..We got back in apartment by trying a different security code, and realized we were given the wrong code from the beginning. We were given (we were given a six digit code instead of a five digit code..This incident changed our plans for the day drastically, since we had planned to cook breakfast before leaving, and had to wait to go back inside for my husbands wallet and a phone charger, and go on with our plans. We also had to pay for a meal we didn’t plan in our budget. Also, we had issues “no internet “, Friday the network wasn’t on, Saturday the password didn’t work. We would like some reimbursement for the poor service which affected our vacation. Thank you.
