StarView Retreat es una cabaña aislada de fácil acceso ubicada en una parcela privada de más de 40 acres que bordea el Starvation Reservoir State Park. Esta cabaña bellamente decorada tiene 4 dormitorios y 1 baño. La propiedad de 40 acres alrededor de la cabaña tiene muchas formaciones rocosas únicas y algunos cañones pequeños ideales para explorar. La propiedad limita al este con el Parque Estatal y al Oeste con un Área de Manejo de Vida Silvestre de 9000 acres. Una rampa para botes está a 5 minutos y la playa de State Park está a 15 minutos de la cabaña. La pequeña ciudad de Duchesne está a 10 minutos con una tienda de comestibles y algunas tiendas y restaurantes convenientes.

StarView Retreat cuenta con cuatro cómodas habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene un king size, tecnología de gel fresco, colchón. El segundo dormitorio de arriba cuenta con una cama queen con tapa de espuma de memoria. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales abajo; uno con dos camas matrimoniales y uno con dos camas de reinas. Esta cabaña única ha sido amueblada para la máxima comodidad. El salón tiene un cómodo sofá y un futón. El salón de la planta baja es perfecto para ver películas, tiene un sofá de cuero, chimenea y TV de pantalla plana. La cabina también está equipada con un reproductor de DVD y una pequeña colección de DVD. La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar, que incluyen lavaplatos, horno, placa de vidrio, microondas, triturador y refrigerador grande. Justo al lado de la habitación familiar, disfrute de una hermosa terraza parcialmente cubierta con mesa, sillas, asientos adicionales y parrilla de barbacoa.

Beautiful and relaxing
We Loved our stay! The cabin was Beautifully decorated and clean. Plenty of room and easy to find. We loved the area and it was so nice to be able to interact with the property management when we had questions, whether we were asking prior to our trip or during our stay! We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful secluded cabin
Our small friend group rented the cabin for new years eve. It was such a nice, relaxing experience. The location is beautiful and it's so quiet. There was plenty of wildlife to admire. The birds love the feeder and a group of deer passed through one morning. The stars at night were amazing as well. I would love to return during the summer. The cabin was very nice, and we were very comfortable. It's clean, warm and inviting. Very homey. I highly recommend staying here.

Great hidden cabin
This is our second stay at this getaway. We are a group of friends that kayak and this cabin is so close to the lake. It make launching easy and close. Jina is great to work with and their place is fabulous!!

Starview cabin was amazing!! It was equipped with all the luxuries of home. Comfortable beds and many extras, like board games and dvds. While there was no WiFi it was nice to disconnect a bit while still having enough service for messages and calls. I would 100% recommend staying here. Thank you Jina

Nothing short of amazing!
You’re reading this review because you’re trying to decide if you should book this cabin. I have three words for you. Book it now! Lol! I don’t even know where to start, everything was amazing. The cabin, the host, the lake, the 40 acres. There is a two person jet Jacuzzi tub from heaven in this adorable and modern cabin. I think I wandered the whole 40 acres, because it’s just so beautiful and there’s paths so you’re just walking, you’re not climbing or trying to get through the bushes. The walk to the lake wasn’t even noticeable because I enjoyed it so much, it’s right there by the cabin. You have the property and really the lake too, all to yourself. It truly is paradise and I really look forward to going back as soon as possible!

Second time staying
This was our second time staying at the cabin, they made some great improvements, we loved how secluded and peaceful this property is lots of places to hike and walk loved all the hummingbirds and watching a small animals running around. Loved how close starvation is to the cabin the kayaks and trailer definitely a plus! We are definitely going to stay again!!

Peaceful and Relaxing
We only stayed for 2 nights and my family all told me they want to stay longer when we book it again for next year. Beautiful scenery, cool rock formations, great fire pit area, beautiful and clean inside. We loved our stay here!

Amazing get away
This cabin is a gem!! Jina was great checking in on us to make sure all is well The cabin is so nice, fully stocked kitchen with mainly anything you need and the property is huge. Lots of animals to watch like birds, squirrels, chipmunks, bunnies and lizards. It was a great get away from the city. The only downfall for us were the beds, they are all very firm and hard. Overall an awesome stay and we will be back next year!!

We'll be back!
We had such a fun time on this remote, little piece of desert paradise. Jina was pleasant to work with, and always accessible. The property was very clean, and the trail for ATVs was perfect for beginning riders. We spent an afternoon on the reservoir, and appreciated the use of the kayaks. We hiked, hunted lizards, and did some star gazing. My granddaughter did not want to leave! Thank you for a much needed break from the world. 🧡

Splendid isolation
If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a clean and comfortable abode this is the place for you. A short drive or walk to the lake to paddle board, kayak or fish in the morning. A return to the house for lunch and naps for the littles, then a family style meal and campfire to finish the day. This place is a hidden gem.

I was in Duchesne for work and stayed at this cabin for a week. I have had to travel a lot over the past years and try to use VRBO when available. This property is in the top three, if not #1 overall in cleanliness, communication, amenities, location and overall layout. The owners did a great job!

Best Getaway!
This property was better than we imagined! The pictures don't do it justice! The cabin and views were spectacular! Jina was an excellent host and made sure everything went well and we had what we needed. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable and homey. We did not want to leave! Even our great Pyrenees felt right at home! We can't wait to go back again!

Geataway!!
We had such an awesome stay. The kids loved the freedom of exploring the property. Never a dull moment even though we felt far away from civilization on the property. The nearby reservoir was such a great swimming spot, even though the droughts this year had much lower water levels. The house was perfectly comfortable for our big group and there were such fun activities like roasting marshmallows, kayaking and the hummingbirds were a huge treat!! The owners were so responsive and helpful in suggesting things to do and finding anything we needed during the stay. All around fabulous time!!
