“We took a spur of the moment trip to Columbus to visit the zoo and COSI. We spent one night here. Everything was very nice, updated, and clean. The room was quiet. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. They do serve breakfast but it is not included with your room rate. Save your time and money and do not purchase the breakfast buffet. We decided to do because we had two kids with us and thought it would be quick and convenient. It was $17 per adult and $10 per child. It only ...
“I stayed 4 days I asked for cleaning and clean towels I asked for paper for the bathroom I asked for the trash to be taken out I asked for new sheets and the cleaners never came. I paid 150 a night with tax and ended up taking out the garbage myself. I had to take the towels to the reception. I had to go and ask for toilet paper. As they say, I had to clean the room myself, that's the only thing that disappointed me.”
