Couldn't ask for better!
This cabin was the one of the best things about our trip! We were able to checkin earlier, the owner send a text to welcome us. It wasn't far from everything and the neighborhood is very quiet

Quaint and Quiet
The cabin was so cute and had so many extra touches like snacks, coffee, cooking supplies and bathroom necessities. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. We didn’t bring our dog, but there were bowls for pets and even a little bed. Parking on the street was no problem. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Beautiful place
The place is just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the decore and I love the wood floors in the place. We were 3 ladies in our 60s and 70s who wanted to see the Ark. I cannot say enough about the place. We didn't even mind the outside steps because of what we enjoyed about the inside. All our comforts were met. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our week cooking and relaxing. We visited the Ark twice and Kentucky horse farm twice. Both were great places to see.peaple are so friendly and God Loving in this area.

The property met every need. We were in town for a nearby wedding. From touch up ironing, to better than expected hygiene products, just right dishes and dog dishes... This was the Goldilocks home! Loved it.

Nice cabin
This is an adorable cabin. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated in a rustic setting. We enjoyed our stay. Be prepared to park your vehicle up a small hill / some stairs. It wasn't an issue for us but might be for someone not able to navigate with a heavy suitcase very easily. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the lake setting.

Perfect location for our visit to the Ark. Property was clean, comfortable and just as pictured. Not a single thing left out....even left snacks. We will be back when going to the Creation Museum. Huge bonus that it is pet friendly....thank you for that.

Cozy and comfortable
Well appointed and the owners do a great job of making the most out of a smaller sized cottage. Property is tucked away and private, but still fairly close to the Ark, other attractions and stores. The neighborhood is great for walking your pup and enjoying some lake views. The fireflies in the yard in the evenings were an added bonus!

Property was exactly as described. Nice and peaceful, Ark and Creation Museum were awesome. Snacks and supplies provided were very nice. Edwardo's Pizza in Williamstown makes excellent pizza. Everything about the cottage was high quality.

Perfect cabin
Thank you for taking pets! This was the perfect stay if you are going to the ark encounter. The owner has thought of everything. In fact, i cut my finger unpacking the car and of course...a first aid kit in a drawer. Thank you formall the extras. We could not be happier with our time there. The neighborhood was friendly and we went on many walks with our dog.

Well First thing Rick let us know when are cabin was available at least 4 hours earlier Then the had everything you would need for coffee much appreciated this . Then snacks .also which I thoughht was so nice they had a dog bed and dishes for the dogs was so sweet nice touch . Just a big shout out to our host. Everything was amazing.

Cute! Way off the beaten path
The property was cute, clean, and worked for what we needed. It was rather drafty in the house. The lighting outside could have been better especially with the stairs and all the leaves covering walk way. The beds were comfy! Didn't love that we parked in a tiny spot on the side of the 1 lane road, but it worked, just glad we didn't have tons to carry inside.

Comfortable
My daughters and I just wanted to take a quick getaway. We chose this cottage because of its close proximity to the Ark Encounter but I was also looking for a nice view from the neighborhood and this place delivered. It’s also pet friendly, very clean, well equipped, cozy and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sunny Hill was just as pictured & described. Ric & Mike thought of everything. The cabin was clean, well appointed, well stocked. We literally just needed our suitcase. The kitchen & bath were supplied with more than the essentials. Parking was tight but doable ( passenger needed to get out before parking). Steps hard to see at dusk. Would be nice to have highlighted tape to mark each step. Overall, one of our best vacation rental experiences. Thanks, Ric & Mike.

This cottage was a very nice cozy cottage. Everything was in a prestigious condition. The area of where this cottage was very quiet and the location was very close to the Ark Encounter and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Private Lake Only
The property was quaint and cute. Good utilization of the space to provide all the amenities. Easy check in. Comfy beds. However, there is no access to the lake unless you rent or own a boat. All shorelines besides the marina are privately owned. And you cannot swim at the marina. So if you book this for the amenity of the lake you will be disappointed. Williamstown Lake is classified as a public lake, but it seems it only caters to the private owners unfortunately.
