“Service was non-exsistent. The location of the Spring Valley Ranch was incredibly difficult to find. The interaction with the only representative encountered was to describe me as “a dude”. The room, though fine, was poorly lit. Decided not to stay and drive 2 hours to find a decent accommodation.”

“The property is absolutely beautiful and so very peaceful! Pros: beds are very comfortable, the house is spacious, the scenery is gorgeous, the fire pit area was perfect at nighttime, and the communication between Cohova was top notch! They answered every question I had expeditiously, even on the weekends. Cons: there is no “river access” on the property. However, you have public access just down the road next to the neighboring house. We found this out after floating the river. The weeds were...

“We absolutely enjoyed our time here! We stayed 3 nights which allowed us to enjoy all of the amenities! The cave has a beautiful natural spring, the hiking trail was well kept, the hot tub was up to maintenance, there were several activities, house keeping rules were easy and clear, and the host answers back very quickly. She also emailed us about a storm in advance and how/where to take shelter. I overall enjoyed the experience and the host was easy going! We will likely be back in the future!”

“We had a great time the property was right on the water. We had a plenty of room to all stretch out and enjoy our stay. I would say the parking situation if you have a trailer can be a mess. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely refer this property.”

“The bed, despite the limited headroom, was very comfortable. The whole cabinet was quaint and quiet - perfect for us. I took a nap for the first time in YEARS. I also took a pic of the mattress and will looking at those when we shop for a new one.”

“Very nice set up. Pretty flowers around the yard. Covered boat dock is awesome. Lots of stairs so be prepared if stairs are hard for you. Was kinda disappointed at the worn out patio furniture. I wasnt sure the chairs around the table were safe to sit in. There was quite a bit of water damage around the cabin also. Due to sensitivities to mold I was up coughing every night. For the most part I was satisfied tho. ”

“2cd stay at this property. Love the quite location, the private swim dock and me and son really enjoy the kayaks. Cons are both times we had to run to store to pickup Siran wrap and foil and grill is on its last leg as the pan for charcoal is collapsing. Overall I highly recommend.”
