FRUSTATION
We had a hard time finding the location and then it took four calls to the management and one hour to unlock the door. They gave us four different codes and advised us we would have to pull the door in and up to unlock. We tried locking the door to leave and realized the deadbolt would not release all the way. We sent photos and they disregarded our requests to have the lock repaired. Therefore, we had to leave our possessions in an unlocked property while gone so we could get back in. The internet code was a joke and the coding impossible and we were told to go up by another house on the property. Crazy if you needed the internet. There was a gully at the driveway which tore off the bumper cover on our rental car. There were utilities in the driveway which should have been buried resulting in our losing water for a day. These issues caused us much frustration and distress resulting in a less than a favorable experience. I definitely would not recommend the property with the foregoing issues.
