“We decided to stay here to use the hotel as a base but also be able to go and see the animals each day as we are annual pass holders. It wasn't great weather but we got to see so many of the animals, especially the big cats. The hotel staff were friendly and only missed cleaning our room because my husband was in it once. Breakfast wasn't so good. It was barely warm, bacon and sausages were dry and toaster wasn't set right. However, the staff were helpful and friendly.”

“Dated room with peeling wallpaper, lukewarm water, and small uncomfortable bed. Certainly not worth £90. Dinner was shocking, and can only be described as a congealed bowl of slob. Meals were returned to the kitchen uneaten, but the £26 were not refunded. Breakfast was ok, but served on a dirty table with last night's drink stains on it.
