What a delightful, relaxing experience! Great restaurants nearby plus all the fun places to explore. This houseboat was so clean and well-appointed…everything you hope a rental would be to make it a perfect spot. And it was…hope to return again soon! Thank you!

I’m stationed in Pensacola so I was familiar with the area before booking this property. It was the perfect reprieve, spacious and quiet but only a block from downtown. I’d honestly consider booking this property regularly. Parking was easy as well.

Pleasantly surprised!
We were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!

Perfect!!!
We brought the jet skis and watched the Blue Angels, saw dolphins, kayaked at 10 pm under the bridge! I’ve been a lot of places but this was a perfect stay! Location is amazing! Houseboat is top notch and so clean! I don’t want to leave! We want to stay another night at the least. Thank you!

two of us wanted to relax and unwind. Houseboat BayDream was it! Clean, friendly people & staff. Enjoyed dinner at the Fish House, Old town and the Blue Angels practice show. One word "Awesome".

AMAZING place to stay
This is our second year to vacation here and we will be back again next year. The location is great for us. We bring our boat and being able to dock it right outside our door with power and fresh water is a huge plus! Jo Dee and all of the staff are the most helpful and accommodating we have ever had. The houseboat is super clean and always ready when we arrive. Thanks for everything guys! See you next year!

Beautifully designed home on the water
All the best parts of being on the water with no seasickness! The houseboats and the marina are kept spotless. It's great to be so close to the historic downtown area. Felt safe walking there. Fishing off the porch is a fun experience. The houseboat was very roomy, and it was nice to have washer/dryer/dishwasher, and full size kitchen.

Perfect!
The houseboat was perfect! Crab traps off of the front porch, fishing lines in the water, and just BEING - all could not be beat! The kitchen, laundry, and bathroom were well stocked and beds were great. Best of all.. my husband’s boat was tied up within 10’ of us! We had amazing trips to Fort McRee, a Blue Angels practice, and fishing out in the gulf! Too much to type here - we will definitely be back!

Spring Break!
We loved the houseboat and the area! We felt like royalty walking to the boat each time through the locked gates while dinner guests at the Fish House (delicious by the way) watched us stroll to the boat. We would love to visit again. Nice tough with the washer and dryer, huge bonus and perk!

Family of four. 2 adults and 2 teens (14 yrs). Property was clean. Spacious for us. Walkable to restaurants and historic downtown and to a sunset cruise. A short drive to Pensacola Beach. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
