“We were in town for the Kettle Moraine ultra and this spot was a perfect location. The price was better than hotels nearby and that’s why we went with it. Walmart and restaurants all super close by. It’s a pretty simply place to stay, nothing fancy. Kitchen has about everything you need, just make sure you bring K-cups for the keurig. We would stay again if in the area.”

“We enjoyed the house for our guys golf trip. Owner was easy to communicate with both during and after trip. The basement bar was a blast and fun for the evenings. Plenty of space for a group of 13 guys to sleep and hang out. Didn't really use the patio or lake portion of the home. The canoe and water items were not useable and backyard needs some TLC. We had a wonderful stay but had to go to the local bar/grill to get our lake life fix.”

“The place was perfect. Exactly how it was described and pictures. However, there was a weird issue that happened on Sunday. A rand jeep showed up parked in the yard and was ealking in the backyard. Told my husband that they knew the owner and was going fishing. Yes this was on our last day there, however is was at least 3 whole hours before checkout time. We felt very odd and put in a weird spot. It would have been cool if we just would have maybe gotten a heads up or anything. But to have 2 men...

“My two adult daughters (23, 21), one significant other (24), and I stayed at Greenstone Cottage for my son's wedding in Nashotah on 6/15. The location was perfect for all the wedding festivities in the area, and we enjoyed the short walk into Oconomowoc a few times for coffee or a local restaurant. Carol (host) was attentive and easy to reach and communicate with. We loved that the house had character (in a good way!) and we could easily spread out when we wanted to.”

“The ranger house is spacious with big kitchen, deck & living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deck is badly in need of refurbishing. There are sleeping cabins in the park so extra family members can join you. The path to the lake is hilly and the approach to the pier needs work. The kitchen did not have a toaster which was a real disappointment and we were unsuccessful trying to reach the host. There are a lot of pluses for this rental and we will probably use it again.
