“We had a great time at this home and it was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway after all the holiday festivities and we wanted to be able to drive up to the Mt. Shasta area, which was about an hour away. The home itself was in a calm and quiet neighborhood, it was large and spacious for 5 people and a small dog. It was raining that weekend, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the backyard as we would have liked, but during the summer I'm sure the pool...

“Booking this Vrbo was very easy and handling the checking was very smooth with easy instructions. In a decent neighborhood, no problems or such, and is very easy to access. The place was well kept and clean as well. It is as advertised, small, but fit for a few days stay. Only knack would be the unavoidable fact that you may hear the hosts through the walls, but nothing terrible. Overall it got the job done just great.”

And a separate shower. The closet is large. There are a couple easy chairs and deck chairs. It’s very quiet and private.”

“Great location and clean property. These are the tiny houses near a riverside, the views and beauty is serene. Owner was responsive, however, we needed extra bedding but didn’t get them for the night. Turns out I did not use an after hours line, so you want to be careful when you call. Some basic supplies like coffee, sugar, oil in the house would have been nice. There’s no grocery near by.”
