Great stay!
Really comfortable and beautiful space and a great location for getting up to Tamarack. 15 minute drive. The home is new and we had a wonderful vacation here over Presidents’ Day weekend. It did not have a lot of larger and nice pots and pans. Or even salt and pepper. So if you need to reheat or cook food consider bringing some up.

My family loved the stay at the home away from home. they loved the hot tub, fire pit, open space, and not far from the lake. We had a great time!!

Poorly Managed
We arrived very late after driving for 7.5 hours from Deer Valley at 11pm and the house address that was given was incorrect. The home number we were given was 15 but there were cars there and obviously people were staying there so this caused about ten minutes of extra driving around in the dark and wondering what house we should be at. We finally decided to try the house next door to 15, house number 14 and it did open for us. Upon entering though it was obvious people had been there making us nervous to go through the house but we started to realize the house was the one in the pictures and it had not been cleaned. Slept in beds, dirty linens, urine all over the toilets, filthy bathrooms and kitchen etc... It was late and all we wanted to do was get some sleep, instead we cleaned other peoples filth, washed bed linens, towels etc...for three hours before we could sleep. The next morning when I opened the curtains up we also noticed the sliding door had been shattered. I contacted Premier Rentals in the morning to let them know of the situation and my disappointment. All that was offered to me was to send someone over to clean, to clean what I had already cleaned just so we could sleep. I was never offered any kind of refund for cleaning which most people would assume that the home they were renting would be cleaned prior to their arrival and part of the fee they paid to rent the home. When we were departing the home after our stay a cleaning person did show up early asking if this was a Premier Rental. She too had the incorrect address and said she had been trying to text/contact them for four days to figure out which home she was suppose to clean. She didn't know which house it was to clean so it wasn't cleaned because the management company didn't even give her the correct address. The location is fabulous the house is very cute, showers not so great water everywhere and low pressure. But cleaning other peoples filth really gave me the creeps and the fact that they did nothing to reimburse me for my time to clean something that was included in my rental fee is wrong and poor customer service. I provided them with several images of the urine, dirty lines, and filth as well. Extremely poorly managed property. We plan to be in this area each year for the next three years around this same time but will not ever rent here or from Premier Rentals again.
