“Every thing was great. The host was friendly and very ready to please his visitors. Absolutely no problems at all. Loved this place.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. Added bonus for us was daily visits from her two friendly, adorable and talkative cats. Highly recommend this quiet, cozy place.”

“We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. “I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Was very clean. Located on the ground floor of a house. I would definitely stay again.”

“A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. “Loved the location and amenities. Room was tiny but as others have mentioned, use of space is amazing and you do not want for anything... They have thought of it all!! We used the pool, the grill, chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and dock to fish from.... And we caught A LOT, albeit just to throw back in 😊 Will definitely be back.... “Our family had an awesome vacation at this location! It was a very short walk to the beach and had all the amenities that we needed. It was very clean and had new appliances. The beds very comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed. We have no complaints!”
