“We had a perfect calm, quiet and much needed break after a busy christmas period. The house is beautiful, watching the ebb and flow of the tide on the Dart was just the tonic we needed. It's also perfect for kids, the pool was (obviously!) great entertainment for them, as was the separate playroom, which had lots of toys from the residents that were available to use. “Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. “Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me!
