“Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet.”

“We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped for groups or families. We especially appreciated the large tables, games, and thoughtful touches that made it ideal for spending time together. The beach was absolutely beautiful, though worth noting that it’s not ideal for swimming. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. “I will stay here every time I go to Belize. This was my first trip and they made it very awesome. Beautiful amenities. Literally 30-40 yards to the ocean. One food spot we frequent was literally right outside the hotel/villa. Everything was in walking distance or you could use golf cart. No real need for car only if you leave to the airport. We drove the car only twice. ”

Candy even arranged for the Tropic Air fight to wait for us since our flight was several hours late. They go on and beyond in helpfulness. Thank you so much for everything. ”

“Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”

“Perfect location everything was within walking distance. Placencia is an interesting and friendly village. The only downside was was the heat and sargasum seaweed blocking the beaches. ”

“This is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It was our first time to Belieze and the host was super friendly and helpful. Great location too. Quiet and secluded, but within easy walking or bike riding distance to everything. OH, and the roof top pool is the best! So beautiful. When I go back, this is the only place I would consider staying. ”

“The apartment is excellently located in Placencia. The owners who live above do a great job communicating. They have bikes available that got us down the town to the local beach. Lots of restaurants around and a store across the street. An extra bonus was use of the laundry downstairs. It was a big help since we were heading back into the jungle and needed to refresh our pants and long sleeves. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. We especially appreciated the two terraces to eat...

“The apartment was pretty well equipped and served our needs well. The pool needed cleaning so we didnt use it and there were some minor maintenance issues, that did not really affect our stay, we advised housekeeping about.”
