The room was kind of small and we could hear the noise of the room from the top up of us, so it wasn’t tranquil.

“The Knoll House Hotel has a lot of character and some charming communal rooms (a bar, lounge and games room). From the front loan you have an amazing view of the sea. There are also other facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool that is a plus, especially on a warm, sunny day. It is situated in a lovely, quiet area by the Studland coast and just a short walk from the beach. We stayed in a room in an annex at the back of the main building and it was quiet and pleasant. “We only booked very late and not sure what to expect but it was lovely. All Staff were friendly and welcoming, views were gorgeous and fabulous breakfast, also plenty of parking and peaceful area so good sleep.”

Staff were great. Room was spacious and clean just a little too warm for me even with the radiators turned off.
We ate here too and the food was delicious especially the fish burger!”
“Fue un poco diferente a lo esperado, la habitación era minuscula, desde ventana solo veiamos el tejado del bar y teniamos la salida de humos delante. Habia arañas por todas partes, la cama se inclinava hacia el cabezero. Tuvimos que dormir en los pies. De los pies de la cama a la paret habia 10 cm. Con mucha humedad. Es un lugar para nada recomendable. El almuerzo era acceptable. ”
“The Castle Inn is a lovely traditional,thatched roof inn a 20min walk from Lulworth. The staff were really lovely,each of them friendly and clearly all work hard and look after their guests well..The pub is furnished to a high standard and the room was so cosy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good and they have a wide menu for lunch and dinner. The dinner we ate there could have been better,but it wasn't bad..Would definitely stay again.”
“David and Lorna were lovely. Nice warm welcome and explained what was on offer and asked if there was anything that we needed. They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us.”

“This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom.
I found the property to be clean and comfortable.
