Hermosa 4 Estrella Rural Suffolk Cottage con vistas al lago

Vista del lago se convirtió en junio de 2010 de nuestros establos con los más altos estándares de ser galardonado con 4 estrellas por la oficina de turismo Inglés y con muy buenas críticas. Kiln Farm tiene la línea Mary Ley corriendo por los terrenos, para cualquier persona interesada en senderos antiguos. La casa tiene todas las comodidades modernas, con el beneficio adicional de 2 salas de juegos para los huéspedes "uso exclusivo". Uno con billar y mesa de fútbol y otros pequeños juegos al aire libre, además de una biblioteca con libros para adultos y niños. El otro tiene tenis de mesa y dardos. También tenemos un pequeño lago de pesca de la carpa. Tenemos un verde astillado de 5 hoyos y palos de golf. Nuestros pollos deambulan libremente con sus crías en verano como lo hacen los patos y sus patitos. Hemos visitar gansos canadienses y egipcios en ciertas épocas del año, que han sido conocidos a anidar en nuestra pequeña isla lago. Bueno comportaron los perros son bienvenidos, pero deben mantenerse sobre el plomo y se puede caminar alrededor del lago pasarela. Pequeño jardín cerrado con ventanas de estilo francés de salón y dormitorio en suite. Mesa de jardín con sillas. barbacoa y tumbonas también disponibles en nuestra cabaña de pesca. Paseos abundante de puerta. Pub cerca, perros bienvenidos. Pan casero y huevos frescos.
Ahora también tenemos una caravana si desea invitar a un par de clientes por £ 25 por noche. (Sólo para los amigos de los huéspedes que se alojen en casa).

Fab place to relax after a day exploring
There is everything you need at this lovely accommodation. Jean is very welcoming & happy to help with any queries. It is so nice to be able to enjoy the large garden area, with the lake and additional small buildings with books, games etc. We could definitely have stayed a lot longer, it is so tranquil.

This is a really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need in the property. It is very well maintained and the welcome pack of homemade bread and jam, eggs ,orange juice and crisps was delicious. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Jean and Brian are really good hosts and we would look at retuning in the future.

Great restful countryside getaway
The accommodation was perfect, the hosts have thought of everything. We packed a lot of things that we did not need as so much is provided. There is a radio in the kitchen, large tv and dvd in the lounge along with a huge selection of dvds. There are information folders listing everything from churches to pubs. We tested a few of the pubs and they were great. Diss is a short drive away, with excellent butchers and main supermarkets. Handy for using the BBQ’s on site. The grounds are amazing and plenty of fish to catch on the private lake. The welcome pack was lovely with home made bread and fresh eggs from then chickens on the farm. The facilities go way over what is mentioned on my review. Well worth a visit and we would to return.

A Wonderful Stay In A Country Idyll
The cottage was lovely, clean, and cosy for the four of us (including dog!). Delicious jam, bread and eggs were left for us. Highly recommended :)

A super holiday home in a wonderful setting
The property was exactly as described - better in fact. Very well equipped and presented and extremely clean. Little extras such as free toiletries, cleaning materials and the welcome basket of home-made and home-grown goodies were lovely surprises. The cottage is very private, with lovely views of the lake and direct access into the substantial and very attractive grounds. Jean and Brian are friendly and helpful hosts which added to our "5 star" experience.

Everything thought of!
We knew within the first hour that we would be awarding 5 stars for Jean's property. Everything seems to have been thought of. From the welcome goodies of home made fresh bread and home made jam, to the dog treats for our little fur babies! The accommodation was spotless and of a very high standard. Very comfortable and a perfect location to relax in the peaceful surroundings while enjoying the view of the lake and watching the wildlife. The extra facilities in the outbuildings are a bonus and show how much thought has gone into making visitors stays even more fun. Our round of pitch and put was hilarious and wouldn't have had Tiger Woods feeling worried! Jean and her husband were very helpful and obliging. Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic Anniversary Weekend - A Perfect Getaway!
We booked Lake View a while ago having discovered it on Homeaway - it looked like an ideal location to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our good friends. It certainly lived up to, even exceeded, our expectations. Jean made us very welcome and there were special touches like an anniversary welcome card, prosecco, home made bread and jam etc. Lake View is a 'home from home' with no detail overlooked. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, with hand sanitiser at the entrance. The men enjoyed the fishing in the lake, the ladies particularly enjoyed the summer house overlooking the lake! The Nissan huts were brilliant - we used the pool table and the fishing equipment. Overall, an idyllic weekend in lovely surroundings!
