“It was clean and equipped . The host had great communication and very friendly and professional. The facility has and elevator as well!”

“Staff was fabulous.Room needs deep clean and repair. When we turned on bathroom faucets, water was brown and then black and sediment was all in the sink. It then cleared after a few minutes but I wasn’t about to use it to brush my teeth. Staff gave me plenty of bottled water to brush teeth and rinse toothbrush. May need new pipes etc. Hopefully it’s been fixed since I alerted staff and showed pictures. Rest of faucets didn’t have that issue. Bathroom shower and floor grout needs professional...

“The space was great, the property was very clean and easy to access! The kitchen has the basic necessities for what we needed but do not expect to cook a gourmet meal. Have a washer/dryer on site was so convenient. The pool area was easy to access and perfect for the end of a busy day. Would highly recommend and would rebook if we revisit the area again!”

“The only issue we had was the main bedroom mattress was very firm But overall, a great stay really fun time. The lazy river, hot tub, the pool they make really good pizza and drinks ”

“Communication was excellent even arriving late due to flight delays. The place was very clean, well decorated /cozy and beds were very comfortable. We would recommend having dark colored wash clothes and a couple laundry pods or some form of laundry detergent. Thanks for a great place to stay!”

“The "host" on this VRBO is Melia Hotel. Lovely hotel, great location next to Celebration, less than 15 minutes to the major theme parks, great restaurant w/a talented singer on site, ice skating on site, heated pool, awesome staff.There is NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever with this "host," unless you call the Melia directly and ask for an internal hotel reservation number. “The condo was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities, but the area was nice. The only real issue was the entrance gate was congested and not well organized every time we entered and left. And the couch was broken. But it was comfortable and met our needs great and not far from the convention center”

“We did find many challenges. It seems that the owner is a bit on the cheap side and is looking to save money on utilities. Too many limits on the HVAC temp ranges and low wattage lightbulbs were annoying. Dim lighting made reading in the evening a challenge. If you spend time in the unit and like watching television you will be frustrated with the Roku TV device. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and routinely drops, particularly in the bedrooms. “We had a great stay at this Storey Lake condo. The condo unit was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive and communicates well during the stay. The location is great as it is close to all of the Disney parks, but away from all of the traffic and noise.
