Ski Getaway
Perfect for getting out to the mountains. Nice little place in condo-land. Ran through Vacasa so it isn't the smoothest check-in. But definitely worth it if you're willing to put up with a big company like them. It wasn't very clear on how to get the keys. The lockbox is at the clubhouse a few buildings down the road.

Nice condo with some annoyances
Condo itself is well decorated and furnished. Lockbox with key is not walking distance from unit. You only get one key, which may be tought for multiple adults. We tried to use the laundry in the club house, but it's coin only and lots of the machines didn't work, including the change machine and detergent machine. Vacasa property manager was slow to communicate with us.

Confusion at check in. No information saying that you had go pick up keys at the office. Had to call for information. Should have been in check in email and text. Dog hair on pillows on couch. Rug in master bath was dirty. Overall it was a good stay and enjoyed the property.

Good spot for a family with 2 dogs
The building seems like it was built in the '80s or '90s. You can see i-70 traffic from right outside and you could hear it when the windows are open, but it's pretty quiet with the windows closed. The new floors are nice. There is a nice hike justup the road too. Finding the location of the lock box took us a few minutes. There were multiple references to a parking pass, but we never saw evidence of one and never used one. Not sure if the parking pass was old news or we were just lucky. Overall, it was a good stay and an accurate listing.

As you walk into the building- dirty walls and carpet. The condo definitely needs some updating. Tubs drain slow. Shower liner filthy. Bathroom missing trim. Dishwasher had standing water in it-was concerned about using it. Floors not clean. The carpet should be removed and vinyl placed ( like in the living room). Deck boards filthy-walking on it with no shoes=black feet. Rug in the living room is dirty. This place is for a bunch of 20 year olds on a ski vacation!

Highly Recommended!!!
First off, I would like to say that the picture of the mountains from the balcony does not do the view justice. The view in person is absolutely stunning. Waking up every morning with the family and I sipping coffer with a view of snow capped mountains was amazing. The condo itself was very clean and fully stocked; pots, pans, towels, full size coffee pot, plenty of blankets and pillows, board games, etc. Having 2 full bathrooms was very nice as well. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, they even proactively reached out to me to address a possible concern with the dishwasher. The only thing I would recommend is an iron and ironing board for the wrinkly shirts fresh out of a luggage. All in all, great experience with Vacasa and this condo.

Did a special get-away family weekend. This place was perfect - Turns out it has two bathrooms, full size loaded kitchen and killer views. Quiet, fun, even stocked with games in the family room ..... Terrific!! Thank you!!

Convenient to Everything
We were very happy with our stay, it was close and convenient to everything around Dillon. The condo had everything we needed for a weekend in the mountains and many restaurants were close by. The one thing I would update it the master mattress. It wasn't the most comfortable. We would stay there again though.

Needed a stay over while hiking in the area.
The property is as advertised, very clean and fit our needs, liked that it was pet friendly. If you are staying with small children be warned the Hot water is hot… could use a fan for each room, didn’t mind no air conditioning but 3 fans would keep air moving. Screens for the back bedroom and slider would be nice too.. check in got a thumbs down, there were no keys in the designated lock box and took some time getting in touch with someone to help get us in. Other than that it met our needs and would stay again if I was in the area.

Nice location,
The condo is in a good location central to several of the ski resorts. Parking was easy right out front. The condo provided space in.a quiet neighborhood. It was lacking in simple amenities like dish towels, clothes hangers and extra blankets. Also, we couldn’t get the grill started….

great place but needs work
The condo was great with the exception of needing some maintenance and upkeep and deep cleaning. We really did enjoy our stay, just felt a bit grungy. The lock boxes for the key check in is really silly. Bet you could talk them into something easier!

Overall a good value.
We were told we could check in after 4. We arrived at 5 and couldn’t find the key. After contacting the property manager, we got another key. Upon arrival at the condo, the cleaning person was still there. We did not gain access to the property until 6:45. Everything was clean for the most part. Some dust and dog hair in the bedrooms and family room. Comfy beds. Clean towels, sheets, dishes. Nice fixtures and plenty of dishes and towels. Blankets and comforters for the beds were hard to find because they weren’t on the beds. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Just could improve on extra warm bedding and be clearer about check in times.

Do not recommend - Dirty Dishes!
The condo was in a decent location - took us about 20 min to get to Breckinridge ski resort. The size of the condo was nice - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flooring and bathroom vanities have been updated. It is nicely decorated. However, the were a number of problems such that I would not recommend staying here. The check in process seemed like it would be easy. The key to the condo was in a lockbox near the clubhouse. The problem was that there were hundreds of lockboxes with no easy way to identify them. It was dark, very cold, and snowing outside and I ended up having to call the listing company who then had to call the owner to get more details on where the lockbox was. This took about 20 minutes. My daughter eventually found the right one but it was very frustrating (and cold!) The dishes that were in the kitchen cabinets were dirty - food stuck on plates/bowls/utensils, outside of glasses were sticky, etc. It was really disgusting and we had to wash everything before we used it. Also, the coffee machine did not work. My husband ended up heating water in a pot on the stove and pouring it over the filter of the coffee machine, which was a rather slow and frustrating process! The sheets on the bed were clean, but the bedspread on the top bunk bed had dog hair all over it. The bathrooms were generally clean, but someone had left a used toothbrush and a few other items in the vanity drawer - yuk. Overall, I do not recommend this condo due to the cleanliness issues, which are more important than ever due to COVID.

Very decent stay
The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to town and all amenities. . Did not like the key retrieve system at all. It was annoying and behind the times. The pool was ok but the hot tub was closed the entire weekend so that was disappointing. The neighborhood wasn’t the best but it was ok. Overall I was very pleased with the condo itself . I would stay again
