“We had a wonderful time when we visited Naples from the UK. The house is in good order and in a really great location. Reudiger was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had. We would recommend staying here.”

“This was our first time renting on the canal and it was awesome. We saw lots of fish, a few dolphin, a stingray, and several birds. The house worked out great for our trip. The house was clean, well equipped, and close to everything. We will be back.”

“I will start with the pros. 1. Excellent, walkable location to Tigertail beach. 2. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided plus some floaties for the pool. 3. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and spices etc. 4. Fishing dock with chairs and grill on patio. Cons 1.Rental agency, though very quick to respond to any questions, deferred any issues with rental stating they would "let the owner know". This was fairly frustrating when we were left to repair any issues...

“Our stay was very nice. However, I would mention in the post about no actual door in one of the master bedroom. In addition, the same room has not good air conditioning. Other than that everything is convenience, a lot of beach stuff, enough kitchen utensils. Enough space for 5 adults and 4 kids! ”

“I loved the house, the spaces, the mattresses, the bedding and the decoration was very nice, what I didn't like was that there was only one roll of kitchen paper and toilet paper”

“The property was wonderful and the host was amazingly communicative. When the A/C broke they had a repair tech there day of to fix it. The house itself was beautiful. Our only slight problem was that the pool was a little deep and didnt have a 3 foot section for shorter people. Besides that it was very nice. Some of the plant life was becoming a bit overgrown, ie potted plants outside and weeds between cracks by the pool and on the driveway.”

“Though it rained a lot first 2 days we were there, the house provided space for every one to spread out as well as visit. House was very well maintained. Only problem, was hot tub would not turn on. Owner reset once; but would not start the next day. House is convenient to tin city and downtown areas, as well as easy access to go other places. The Browns responded timely to any Texts we sent. Our family very much enjoyed stay and if we vacation in Naples again we will stay there again.”

“I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....
