“Choices in the area are not the best. Hitel prices are high. This hotel the rooms were spacious. Bit bathroom had too many insects. Room did not come with TV as advertised ”
“Pathetic property as when we reached they Denied for early check in free of cost yet we they charged extra 1k for just 2.5 hours and never shared any receipt despite we asked for that as it could have helped us with reimbursement with our company but they never cared for it and fat guy at front desk is really illeterate and don't know how to behave with guests
Also it was very noisy throughout the night and property is very far from central located area and ghats.

"It’s a good hotel to stay in Varanasi. They are under construction so there is some noice. The girl at the front desk was great because I wanted an early check in and she was able to make it possible: that made all the difference in our trip."
