Disappointment
We traveled 5 hours to get to this hotel. We got here very late into the night. At first we were so amazed by how beautiful the outside of the complex looked. Excited to have a relaxing time. But from the moment we entered the apartment it was a disappointment. We were greeted by a swam of mosquitos. We did not sleep a single night here. Our kids were feasted on by the mosquitos in this complex. Two of kids got sick No matter what we did we couldn’t get rid of the mosquitos. The mangers and the host were both not nice people. They tried to charge us extra for kids even tho we told them the would be 10 of us including kids before arriving. They never mentioned anything about an extra charge whatsoever. It was not clean. Pile of dust and dirt on the dining table where we sat to eat. We had to wipe everything and sweep ourselves. The blankets and bedding were very dirty and smelled. This place was very expensive per night to be getting bitten alive by mosquitoes constantly. And to be charged extra? It was just a horrible experience. Would not recommend.
