Its a work in progress.
My group met here for an overnight stay.
The decor is nice, other than the bedrooms having only one nightstand and lamp when each room has plenty of space for one on each side of the bed.
Our intention was to prepare a meal on site, which became a challenge. The kitchen needs more basic items. Larger pots and pans, maybe a 9x13 pan, kitchen towels, tin foil etc. The oven started smoking from not being cleaned. We cleaned it in order to prepare our food.
We also blew a fuse. I messaged the property owner to call me, but he chose to message us instead asking what was the problem. The problem was we needed a phone call from him.
We also requested an early check in on the day of, which was denied, stating the apartment had to be cleaned from the day before. Our group does not believe anyone has stayed in the apartment the day before. It smelled musty, not like a recently cleaned, aired out apartment.

The kitchen is lacking basic amenities
