Una de las cosas que mas disfruto cuando viajo a Inglaterra es el desayuno ingles completo, aqui aparte de estar servido en una cocina era un desayuno continental , sin huevos ni salchicha ni beicon etc etc...Cuando le pedi un huevo frito contesto que NO porque la cocina era pequeña y oleria a frito y grasa. ( que excusa mas tonta). Le pedimos para el segundo dia que nos preparara huevos hervidos (por lo menos)y si tuvimos huevos hervidos.... El tercer dia NO...

“La dirección no es del todo clara, el taxi nos dejó en medio de ningún lugar con mi bebé de 9 meses muerta de frío, tocamos varias puertas y los vecinos explicaron que a mucha gente le pasa, incluso en alguna puerta había un cartel decía aquí no es hotel es el número 65, no pudimos cargar el teléfono porque no había donde, la calefacción estaba apagada y nuestra habitación era un congelador, los alrededores muy bien comunicado autobuses. ”

We spent most of our time in London proper but breakfast and pubs were easy to find in Kew. Public transit made travel from the boat quite easy. Will be returning if we come back to London!”

This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

“Overall it was good. Location was perfect, right in the heart of town. Bedroom sizes were accurate and heating was great.Only negative is there is no dishwasher and most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean when we arrived so I had to hand wash everything prior to using it.Elisa was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had.”

“Pros & Cons - overall, a good place to stay. Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area...

“The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...
