“This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th. All I can say is that the staff were absolutely outstanding in what must have been a difficult situation for them in what was one of the worst snowstorms in decades. “We visited over a wet and windy Thanksgiving weekend. The property offers glamping facilities in fascinating white dome tents with your own bathroom, shower and mini kitchen - plus heating. We were very comfortable, slept well and enjoyed our stay. The only thing to beware of is making sure you find open dining facilities or bring your own food.
