“The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, which was perfect. The problems were that tourists in the hallway were very loud and stuff didn't tell us in advance that using mosquito repellent incense would cost USD10. Overall, it was a very good hotel, and it was a good hotel to relieve the fatigue of our trip to Uganda. “There is nothing special that I remember about this hotel but what made me so much disappointed with the stay that there was problem with shower . No Hot water, also no hot water coming in the shank. There was drainage problem in my wash room. I paid for 3 nights in advance but every next day my room key stop working for which I need to request them to send someone to my room for which I had to wait a long many times just kept staying outside my room. Horrible stay.”
