“We had a wonderful stay at this house on Lake Ontario! Everything has been updated, it is very clean and house is full of amenities that make your stay so comfortable. We will back for sure!”

“The property owner was awesome and accommodated our late checkout, the place was clean, The bed was so comfortable I can't emphasize that enough Definitely bring firewood or let them know ahead of time for a delivery! Absolutely no complaints and I'm almost positive We will come back!”

“Beautiful home! Close to the strong museum of play and a amazing playground just a couple blocks away”

“Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. ”

“As a family, we stayed at Ryan's home for a weekend of togetherness. His home was everything we had hoped it would be ~ comfortable and located on the waterfront, it was the perfect getaway. I did have a question for him when checking in and he immediately responded. We hope to return! Thanks so much, Ryan!”

“Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. We had plenty of room to prep meals and snacks, as well as work on last-minute wedding projects. Also, loved the screen-in front porch! Wish we had...

“This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

“Great location! Property owner is very nice, inviting, and responsive! Loved the access to the beach area. Beautiful area!!”

“House is great, plenty of space. We had 7 guys stay there for a reunion trip and everyone had their own room, and we could have fit one more easily. We stayed in late September and unfortunately the pool was closed so we did not get to enjoy, but the hot tub was still open and was great. Only downside to the house is the kitchen. It only fits 5ish people at a time and the cooking utensils and equipment could have been better (old knives that did not really cut, old pans). Otherwise everything...

“My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!”

“ The views of the lake were beautiful and could be seen from everyone on the first floor. The house so cute and decorated perfectly for a lake house. The owner is wonderful and had amazing communication with us. She has also thought through everything that is needed for the stay, including coffee, tea and snacks. We loved every second of being there. We hope to come back again!”

“The Cottage was everything described, beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay and very peaceful setting. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. I look forward to many more stays at this Cottage.”

“The owner of the property cares about your well-being and has really tried to think of everything that you might need for the stay. Clean white towels were provided, the bed linens were clean, all the dishes and glasses you could ever want, and there was even plentiful toilet paper and cleaning supplies if I desired to use them. The only issue I had was an excessive number of spiders that I encountered during my stay. ”

“This is the most communicative host ever and in a very good way. We appreciate the special touches like water in the fridge and some snacks. Great internet and extra blankets. As others have said there is no closet or washer as suggested by the listing. However there is an awesome video game machine with 10 different games. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again! ”

“We stayed the weekend for our wedding. Had a great time and loved the property!”

“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”
