“This house is small but mighty. Perfectly appointed and extremely clean, everything needed for a wonderful stay. Most enjoyed was the large deck and large lake front beach. You can't go wrong with this choice for your vacation!”

“We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again. ”

“ Didn't get the code to get in till Saturday night. Which wouldn't help me because we got there Thursday. place was not clean best from the past 2 tenants. At least In laws their weekend Be fou So it could have been the past 2 to 3 people stayed there. I definitely want my money back for my cleaning Fay.”

“Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly.”

“We had a wonderful time joining family and staying in this cozy home for a few days. Prior to check-in, the owner gave us more specific, helpful directions as to the exact location. Walking distance to the lake, firepit available for use near shore, chairs to use outside, and a porch with outside seating was very handy. We had plans within Syracuse for one day and stayed at the house another. Plenty of games available. We will definitely consider staying here again. Small suggestions to improve...

“We had a great stay at the cozy and charming Evergreen Suite. The host had thoughtfully and generously appointed the place and we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the cool autumn evening. Highly recommend it.”

“House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

“The houses location was the main reason we choose this place. There’s a huge back and front lawn to allow kids to run around and have fun. Nice porches on the front and back. The dock is across the road so you can enjoy the lake. The house it’s self had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.”

“Very quaint little place. Very clean and well maintained property. Great communication with owner. It rained steadily so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside of the cabin. Awesome scenery on the lake. ”

“We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves. Place is really nice inside, comfy bed, nice living room, and kitchen. Street is under construction, but wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great dinner at Creekside Inn with our student.”
