“This little cottage right at the lake is simply amazing. Clean convenient and simply gorgeous. It was right after Hurricane Helene and the owners met me and was just so nice and polite. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful make a great place for a quick little getaway.”

The property listing isn’t intentionally misleading but there things you don’t see in the description and pictures. It is a lake house and has an old lake house feel. “The whole experience was Fantastic. The communication before we arrived with the owner Jake made everything that much better. He welcomed us into his home like we were part of the family . His wife Christine made us an awesome breakfast. The waffles were out of this world. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on future trips.”

“The Quack Shack is located at a very peaceful part of Lake Murray. We had our own Kayaks and kayaking was great. Our Sheltie loved the fenced in yard and we had a nice visit with the neighbors. Every kind of need was available if we needed it. Great location, great relaxing stay.”
