“This cottage is brand new and full of modern decor. It overlooks a lake with stunning views from the very large covered balcony. The hot tub on the deck was very nice. The privacy walls on both ends of the deck made for a very private stay even though there are three cottages on the property. We loved the solitude and quietness of the area. A perfect getaway for relaxing. I highly recommend this property.”

“My wife and I stayed at Jenn's place for a week while enjoying the Sussex area and surrounds. We also enjoyed the Sussex Balloon Fest. while there. The place is wonderful!!! She provided all kinds of cooking basics such as oils, vinegars, spices, etc. We only used 1 out of 3 bedrooms but the bed was comfortable. “My wife dropped me off as I was going to airportbin the morning. We both kicked ourselves for not planning for her to stay the night and drive back home in the morning. The suite was gorgeous! Super clean, great furnishings, heritage building. I dont know whatbthe area is like but it's downtown so, a mixed bag. ”

“Such an amazing weekend. The house was absolutely perfect. Loved how everything was labeled and easy to find. Very cozy,comfortable and in a great location. Rothesay is truly a beautiful area. We enjoyed watching the deer eat apples from the tree in the backyard from the patio.Chuck and Alia were amazing hosts. Great communication during our time there. ”
