“Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there”

“The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. “Personalen var hur bra som helst, förutom en av servitriserna på restaurangen som försökte salta fakturan för dricka. Annars exemplariskt bemötande, daglig städning, rent och snyggt. Hotellet ligger vid havet, har egen pool om man vill använda den. ”
