“Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. ”

“Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. ”

“Great location in Snowshoe Village; secure, clean parking garage. Condos individually decorated; ours was Pier1off the shelf. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen adequately supplied. ”

“The place was clean and as pictured. It's a good location in the village and walking distance of lifts. You can drive up and unload the car in the skidder parking lot, and the building offers luggage carts to easily tote stuff to and from car. We parked in the big village lodging parking lot which is only a very short walk to the room.”

“The two bedrooms and two full baths made for a very comfortable experience with our family! God also blessed us to be able to see a beautiful sunrise from the sun porch. Would highly recommend!”

“The Condo is truly situated just steps away from the Ballhooter lift. It is PERFECT for people who just want to ski. As a place to simply sleep for 6/8 hours and then ski/dine out/drink the rest of the time the condo is ideal. The master bedroom bed is also very comfortable. The building and the condo are both very dated. But who cares if you are there ONLY to ski!!!!”

“The location is ideal. We easily walked to the slopes and to dinner. The view is beautiful! The unit was very clean. There has been a lot of wear and tear to the property since the photos were made. ”

“Problems with the unit: 1) The toilet backs up continuously. Even is just urine, from day one. 2) The bathroom sink faucet is clogged and sprays all over the place. 3) The cover on the light in the ceiling fan is missing 4) some drawers are off tracks 5) dishes were greasy 6) The pots and pans are very disorganized 7) We were never told about cards for hot tubes. We had to drive down to figure it out. 8) The couch is not fit to sleep on!! 9) The ancient stove should be replaced. Burners...

“Everything was well taken care. Staff was super nice. Our view was amazing and look forward to staying again soon.”

“The property was clean and close to the resort. We got 9” of snow the first night and the parking area was cleaner than the county roads. Nice surprise! We used both beds and the couch, all were comfortable. Would have been nice to have a couple extra blankets since it got down to -14 at night. Overall great experience and we will stay many more times in the future!!”

“The location was great. There was a ski lift right outside. It had everything we needed. Definitely cozy, but nicely renovated. I would stay there again. Only downside is the internet is a little spotty and cell service is limited in the area, just something to know before you go. Molly in the shop downstairs is awesome and there is a restaurant and bar downstairs too. ”
