“This cottage IS definitely “homey”! Cute little house with everything you need to make your stay in Burkesville complete and great ! Our grandson got married at an event venue and we were just 5 minutes away! It was wonderful to be staying so near to the wedding location ! It is located in town but a quiet neighborhood. “The GPS takes you to a different place. Be mindful of that. Check in was super easy. Warm and toasty when we walked in! The only downside was the hot tub was 65° and that was a big reason why we got the cabin. They were extremely quick at responding when I sent a VRBO message .. But they ended up refunding quite a bit of our stay due to the hot tub and also we got to enjoy one dip before we hit the road the last day! “These cabins are perfectly located next to the water. The hot tub and playground make it perfect to bring the kids! The cabin was very clean and they offer new clean towels daily, which is a plus! My only 2 complaints would be 1. The kitchen is NOT fully stocked. If you are traveling with a family I would pack plenty of paper plates and even a few cookie sheets.
