“KBB is situated perfectly, and the dining balcony is stunning with the views! The food was delicious, but the service was not all that. I found myself waiting a lot, having to try to get the attention of the staff or even walking up to them to ask for service. There was also an issue with ordering a set with lunch, drink and dessert, where I didn't get the drink, and had to ask for the dessert after having waited for a very long time. The room in it self was good. I loved my little balcony...

“The hotel was comfortable with beautiful grounds. The shower in my bathroom leaked water under the wall to the underside of the sink. It didn't affect my stay but it revealed the age of the room. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. ”
