“Poor communication with host,house ran out of propane while there.took time but they did get emergency delivery.nice house but in need of several repairs.outside patio door didn’t have a lock.2 of the bedrooms are in the garage with no curtains,very chilly only electric heaters.warmed up in time.house was cold before we left,but still had hot water thankfully.wondered if host turned temp down…. and we had children and babies.”

“We loved the house, it was so cozy and cute. The best part was that it was so tucked away it felt like you were surrounded by nothing. All you could hear outside was the birds chirping and the trees rustling in the wind, very tranquil as my partner said. We LOVED the wood burning fireplace inside it made it that much more cozy and relaxing. Great winter getaway when you are just looking for a break from everything. ”

“WiFi was weak. Rec room equipment could use some TLC. There was not a playground for the kids as stated in the description. Local property manager did an awesome job in communicating and follow through. Lots of side by side trails. Central air would have been better than the movable air conditioners, however they did work. ”

“My wife and I were incredibly pleased with how clean and adorable, Northern Memories is. With its very private setting, jacuzzi for two and the fireplace, this cabin is the perfect place to rest, relax and reconnect. The fenced in yard is another huge plus that just sets Northern Memories above anything else. On top of all that, your hosts, April and Charlie do an amazing job of making you feel welcomed. We HIGHLY recommend it and will be visiting again!”

“We had 14 guys all around 28 years old staying up there and it was perfect. Plenty of sleeping room and beds (some are in a separate bunk house but very close. There is a small sauna in that bunk house as well. Plenty of parking for everyone. “The place was idyllic and peaceful -- just what we were looking for in a quiet holiday family retreat. There was plenty of kitchenware, towels, and linens for us for a few days. Hot tub was excellent and wifi was quick. It snowed about 4-6" over the first day we were there, and our car had trouble cresting the hilly gravel driveway with all the snow. But that's just our car, which doesn't have 4-wheel drive. Would love to see the space in the summer months!”

“This house met all our needs and more. We made use of the lovely pool and the kitchen accommodated our family very well. We went to snow tube and some did eat at the local restaurant twice, but the rest of our time was spent at the house. It was a really nice time.”
