The house was beautiful with lots of fun water toys for our wide range of ages to play with from Kayaks, to a small 2 person sailboat, to a leg propelled kayak. The beach is amazing and very private. We did have a few problems (the oven was broken when we arrived) but Gregory had it repaired in a day or two. “Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision...

“We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was so relaxing and quiet. We only saw a couple people down the beach from us, but they did not stay so we had the beach mostly to ourselves. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the simplicity and quietness of this stay. Everyone we came into contact with while out and about we so friendly and accommodating. Dino was on point with any requests we needed and always did it with a smile. I would definitely recommend staying at this property....

“Originally we thought the location was a lot farther than it actually was, it ended up being so close to everything and so easy to get every where. The property manager also owns a golf cart company so we had that waiting for us at the house when we got there. Everything about our stay ”

Host Thea was just downstairs and able to come up in no time flat to resolve a small query. Even though she is so close, the rental space was very quiet and felt very private. “My husband and I spend a month every winter on the island of Eleuthera and always stay in the rainbow bay area. This year we chose Sugar Apple.and absolutely loved it. The house is lovely and super comfortable... the views of the Atlantic are breathtaking, especially while relaxing by the pool. There are so many beaches and places to visit in the area. The location was perfect for awesome sightseeing and then to come home after exploring all day......make dinner and watch the cruise ships...
