“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“firstly the location of the hotel is brilliant. and located a one minute walk from a fantastic services with a selection of food and drink. plus a large bay of fast electric car chargers. the hotel itself is basic and functional. nothing flashy but it has all you need. good beds, decent shower, large clean rooms and friendly staff. nothing really to dislike. you can park right near the front door and it’s very reasonably priced. ”

“Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect. ”
