“Cynthia was a great host. Super easy to communicate with. The property was as stated in the description. We enjoyed the back yard and grilled out one night. The only thing I would suggest in the future is adding WiFi to the house. We were aware beforehand so no issues there at all. Would just be a nice amenity to have. Would definitely book this place again in the future. Thanks Cynthia! ”

“Much better than expected. If I had a rental, this is how I would setup with all the amenities like a hotel from both bathrooms, to kitchen, to living rooms and the 2 bedrooms. The water station was icing on the cake. The decorations were spot on. The parking was indeed a pleasant surprise. Matt is obviously a very organized and pay attention to details owner! Only confusion was 2 beds vs 3 as one of the 3 is a rollaway. The location was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend at BDCC and...

“My family just stayed a week at this property and absolutely loved it! The home was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided everything needed as well as checked on us midway during the stay. Farmerville is a beautiful small town with the kindest people. I’m a remote worker and worked during our stay. The desk was perfect in one of the bedrooms for this and the Wi-Fi was great. We will definitely try to book this property when we’re back next.”
