“Could use an upgrade of the hallways and lighting. Waterpark is awesome but not included in stay most of the time. Waterpark temp could be warmer but food was great and having it right poolside was so convenient. There is a pool that’s included with your stay if you don’t want to go to the waterpark. Couldn’t get breakfast as it wasn’t open until late morning. ”

“We want a refund!!! We eneded up leaving shortly have check in. Due to being lockedout of our room! Then told we could leave cause they had to charge the door lock! I started to record the situation and wow the lady got EXTREMELY anrgy. Her boyfriend was there just sitting in the lobby. He got in my wifes face. Theres even more to this! Please refund our money. “This was my choice of Hotel for a 3 day workshop in Central City. The stay was great! The staff, specially Coleen at the front desk were so kind and willing to help. They saved some packages I ordered online for a couple of weeks, and were so nice about it. Breakfast is good. I would love to come back if, hopefully, I go back to Center City to take more workshops.”

“The lake view was great to wake up to every day. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also found several great hikes within 15 minute drive. It was also nice to have a fireplace in our room. We would stay here again, although probably not for the holidays.”
