“Everything about our stay worked extremely smoothly it was helped by the excellent weather. The beach, which is 200m from the cottage was fantastic and we usually had it to ourselves, apart from the seals. A perfect break.”

“Great property, spotlessly clean, plenty of space with good sized rooms including a lovely conservatory. Our only disappointment - the weather didn’t allow us to use the garden! We had cars but the house is close to the bus route. Would definitely recommend.”

“The Claremont is in a perfect location on the seaside in central Douglas. Stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and efficient. Dinner as well as breakfast the next morning were wonderful. Room had a tub AND a walk-in shower! ”
