“Without doubt it’s my favorite B&B! I stayed there with my husband during our honeymoon and we loved it so much! Upon our arrival we were so warmly welcomed by the hosts. They are so nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The scenery was stunning and it was a relieve to be in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The Strawberry room is adorable and very romantic. Everything is very clean and neat. We can’t wait to come back soon. ”

“Communication needs to improve, especially when nobody was there physically to help the check/check out process. The house itself was well represented as an old historic jail house.”

“Having a private entrance next to the parking spots was very convenient and private. All the amenities are modern and work great, a very comfortable stay. Everything was just easy and laid back! All instructions and the guidebook in the unit were clear. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!”

“Roger and Sandy were amazing hosts. Excellent location and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Was a very enjoyable and much needed relaxing stay. We will definitely consider the Ashe Farm if we are in the area again.”

“Really nice property and small mountain home. Very good communication with property owner throughout the process. Very clean and well laid out house with everything you need for a wilderness vacation. The only thing to keep in mind is that the gravel driveway is incredibly steep. I have an AWD car and didn’t have any issues. If you have a 2WD car you just need to give it a lot of gas to get up there with rolling momentum. The road directly in front is still blocked off from going to Hot Springs....

“The owners worked really hard to make this a nice place. It looks great on the inside with lots of nice updates and touches. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and the AT. Be warned that it is a duplex and it's easy to hear the people next door. I would stay again.”

“My son and I went up for the festival and had a wonderful get away. The town is still rebuilding after Helene and their hardwork and perseverance is inspiring. We were able to eat our pizza from Vinyl Pies and listen to the bands playing at Big Pillow in our living room through the open windows! We love Hot Springs and are so thankful we got to be there. ”

“Very secluded and quiet, easy access but parking is challenging, nicely decorated, very firm bedding, adequate amenities although more creamer olwould be nice. ”

“Nice Cabin! Ambience was very quaint and I loved the authentic log walls, wood stairs and high ceiling. The cabin was clean, but could possibly use a really deep clean...(windows and sills, inside cabinets). It was a lovely, cozy place to stay for a long weekend and would recommend to others.”
