“Zimmer sehr sauber - Balkon leider seit Wochen oder Monaten nicht gesäubert. Sehr nettes, bemühtes Personal. Während unseres Aufenthaltes Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung und somit kein Duschen möglich. Für Lesotho warscheinlich guter Standard; im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Hotels in SA leider das Schlusslicht.”

“På bilderna och beskrivningen på Hotels.com får man uppfattningen att detta är ett hotell bestående av trevliga traditionella rondavlar. Så är det inte. De flesta rummen är belägna i slitna huslängor. Rummet vi fick var ett exempel på hur totalt nergånget allt kan bli där i stort sett inget fungerar. Heltäckningsmattan på golvet har nog varit vackert röd en gång i tiden. Nu var den skitigt brun. Det i texten utlovade kylskåpet fanns inte och någon wifi fungerade inte. Duschslangen var så trasig...

“The bathroom facilities were in a bad state of repair One window did not have hinges to lock it in place and as it a windy night, the window was banging against the frame make a noise throughout the night. The door did not close properly because the door was not properly aligned to the frame. You had to bang it to get it shut. The side table was also used to keep tea making facilities. No side lamps Only one brand of tea was available ”
