“Was everything we expected and more. Great location and the river was absolutely amazing. Such a perfect get away to enjoy the mountains and nature. Proposed to my now fiancé along side the river there and it was magical! Couldn’t recommend this place more. ”

“This property is beautifully designed and mountain views from every room. The location is perfect - just a short drive to town for easy access to restaurants, shops and the train.The house is a true sanctuary, with two kitchens, one being acommercial kitchen that made cooking a joy, luxurious beds in all the rooms for ultimaterelaxation. “I would definitely stay here again. Enough beds and bathrooms for all 17 of us. Everything you could possibly need was provided for us. Well stocked kitchen!! The kids enjoyed the yard and played outside in the playhouse and on the swings. The toys and games in the basement were a plus!! We loved playing ping pong!!”

“We have stayed all over Durango (Purgatory, Cascade Village, hotels, etc.) and THIS place is by far the best! Easy walking distance to downtown, the train station, etc. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet; so much so that deer wonder the area and bed down in the backyard many times. Truly a gem right in the middle of Durango. Do it, book it, you’ll be glad you did!”

“Great location close to Main Street in a quiet neighbourhood. House is exactly as described and is a wonderful spot to take a short vacation break. Very clean, very well stocked kitchen. And the communication was amazing, had a few questions before the trip, and all were answered promptly and with care. Thank you, we will be back!”

“The property was even better than advertised! They thought of everything - fans, robes for the hot tub, a snack/water basket, extra blankets and pillows, games…..we LOVED it. We decided to cook our meals and every single pot/pan/utensil was there. It was spacious, well decorated, and so cozy & cute. Gorgeous views and so quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this property over and over. Can’t say enough about our stay!”

“When we first saw the house I thought there’s no way it’s as big as it says in the description. I was so wrong!! My 3 grown children their spouses and my 4 grand children all fit comfortably. We had an amazing Christmas in this beautiful home!! ”

“Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)”
