“We came for a wedding and stayed for the week. The house was very clean! Everything was perfect; good water pressure, good beds, plenty of cooking gear, and close to the sites that we wanted to see. The owner called me to let me know that I might be flying into a snow storm which I really appreciated. I ended up getting sick during my trip, so I had to spend a few days in bed and appreciated the comfortable bed and tv in the bedroom.”

“Nice location. Safe neighborhood. I love that they don’t empty frig between guests and had condiments. The bowl on dining table w/water bottles and snacks for guests was also a nice touch. Hosts responsive. Would book again if in the area as it was conveniently located near family I was visiting.”

“It looked exactly as advertised. The only thing I would recommend is, it is not really suited for four adults - a little too cozy for our liking but would definitely book it again if we ever visit the Denver area. Very pleased.”

“This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our 3 adult kids. My daughter is a student in Boulder and it was very convenient to see her as well as visit Denver and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Very near grocery shopping. Easy drive to the airport. Would be great for families with younger kids too. ”

“Great house. Easy to find. Close to many attractions. The house was very clean and spacious.”

Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back. ”

“Perfect for the weekend ”

“House is as advertised. We enjoyed very much. Two things to help, 1. Clearer instructions on where to park. (We parked in the wrong spot but fixed it quickly. 2. There is an A and a B house at the address. Make sure you go into A as it’s awkward walking into someone else’s house. Overall great experience! Thank you”

“Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked - one of the best we've stayed in. Location was great and nice park down the street to walk the dogs. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Wonderful views, quiet friendly neighborhood. Short (less than10 mi utes) drive to Golden. Plenty of space for my son and I. Great outdoor patio with a grill and view of the sunset”

“Overall the house was very well maintained. There were plenty of back up toiletries and spices and items to cook with. They also had coffee and filters, so just bring you meals to cook. The setting is great and enjoyed the well maintained got tub! Definitely recommend..”
